Spirularin® SR chapped skin cream:
Intensive care for a soft skin feeling.
What causes cracked corneas?
Areas of skin with calluses often have cracks (fissures). Calluses always form where there is severe overloading due to pressure or friction. Whether in shoes or gloves, if micro-fine cracks then form in these inelastic areas of skin, action should be taken. Bacteria, viruses or fungi can penetrate through the tears into deeper layers of the skin and cause infections. These are often associated with a feeling of tension, sensitivity to pressure or itching.
Why does Spirularin® SR Crack Cream offer special protection?
In addition, the patented microalgae active ingredient Spiralin® with its antimicrobial properties supports the natural skin barrier to prevent the penetration of germs.
Spiralin® inside
The unique microalgae active ingredient Spiralin® is extracted from the microalgae Spirulina platensis using a patented process. This 3.6 billion-year-old algae species has special defence skills, which it has developed over the course of evolution against its natural enemies such as bacteria, fungi and viruses.
Apply a thin layer to the affected areas in the morning and evening. A sock can then be put on over it so that the ingredients can take effect. Excess callus should also be removed regularly. Of course, this can also be done by a professional pedicurist to avoid mistakes or injuries.

Anke Niederau, Podologin
“For me, there are no rhagades that cannot be treated. People with rhagades need shoes that fit perfectly so that they don’t walk on the edge. And the right care is important. The Spirularin®products have an all-round good effect. They protect, regenerate and revitalize the skin. That convinced me.”
Can I use Spirularin SR fissure cream as a diabetic?
Yes, Spirularin SR Crack Cream can also be used by diabetics. Due to the high urea content (20%), it should only be used as a cure, i.e. until the fissures have regressed. The high urea content softens the tissue and would lead to softening and irritation of non-keratinized skin over a longer period of time.
How long and how often do I need to use Spirularin SR chapped skin cream?
Spirularin SR Cracked Skin Cream should be used until the severe calluses (cracks) have receded. The high urea content softens the tissue and would lead to softening and irritation of non-keratinized skin over a longer period of time.
Can Spirularin SR Cracked Skin Cream also be used during breastfeeding or pregnancy?
Spirularin SR Cracked Skin Cream can be used without hesitation during pregnancy and breastfeeding in accordance with the recommendations for use.
What is the tolerance of Spirularin SR fissure cream? Are there any allergic reactions?
Spirularin SR chapped skin cream is very well tolerated. Unless you are allergic to one of the ingredients, the likelihood of an allergic reaction is very low.
