First of all, it should be mentioned that we think: Every age is beautiful, with its own special facets and appearances. Our skin is a reflection of this and we can be proud of it. The appearance of the skin changes with age and so do its needs. But we can easily adapt to this and care for it accordingly: with optimal, natural skin care and support to maintain the skin’s natural functions. But overdoing it is never good!
Everyone probably knows a person who inspires everyone with their charisma, regardless of age and whether small wrinkles characterize the facial skin. It seems so unimportant. Naturalness and self-confidence are much more important! That’s why we should accept ourselves as we are and support our body with what it needs, with the help of our tips for skin from 20 and over:
The 20s – who thinks about skincare?
The sweet 20s, who thinks about skincare? But optimal skin cleansing, especially the daily removal of make-up and environmental influences, is always important, regardless of age. Moisturizing is just as important. A lack of moisture can lead to the first fine lines. Of course, these should be avoided so that you can face the ageing of your skin with more serenity.
Depending on your needs: rather dry, oily or problem skin, the care should be tailored accordingly. This can prevent pores from becoming blocked or the skin from drying out. And don’t forget to protect your skin from too much UV radiation and keep an eye on your diet. After all, essential vitamins and minerals are the best anti-ageing prevention for the skin and protection against blemishes.
30s – more attention for the skin!
At this age, the skin should be given a little more attention. This is because the first small wrinkles and pigmentation spots are already starting to appear. But this can at least be delayed with a balanced diet, an optimal supply of active ingredients and plenty of exercise in the fresh air. Vitamins, minerals and trace elements are essential and influence the appearance of the skin.
Smoking, too much alcohol, stress and sleep deprivation are known to have the opposite effect. Once again, it is important to use the right skin cleanser and skin care products. If you are unsure, it is better to ask your dermatologist which skin type you have. This is not always easy to recognize. But knowing this is crucial for optimal tolerance and supporting the skin in its function.
In the 40s – collagen formation decreases significantly
At the beginning of 40, collagen formation decreases significantly and the skin loses elasticity as a result. This is caused by age and is completely natural. It cannot be changed, but it can be delayed with stimulating active ingredients and good UVA/UVB protection.
This means: enjoy the sun in moderation and plenty of moisture, even for oily skin, as well as a natural stimulation of skin regeneration through appropriate active ingredients, such as antioxidants or trace elements (e.g. copper, zinc or silicon). These can be optimally absorbed through the diet and the microalgae active ingredient spiralin provides a supplementary cell-protecting and collagen synthesis-stimulating basis for external application with skin care products. Regular gentle peelings, naturally gentle and without microplastic particles, as well as masks for cleansing, stimulation and skin refinement are also recommended.
The 50s – optimal support for the skin
At this stage of life, the skin unfortunately becomes thinner, more sensitive and prone to pigmentation spots. Highly effective substances are therefore crucial here too.
As with skin care from the age of 40, it is important to provide optimum support for the skin. As at any age, care products and creams with natural ingredients should be used and should be free from preservatives, parabens, mineral oils and allergenic fragrances.
